As soon as the poster of Aditya Roy Kapur’s Malang released the fans are going crazy with his beefed-up fierce look. The trailer of the film is also getting an amazing response from the audience. Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani’s sizzling chemistry has already become the talk of the town.

The trailer shows two looks of Aditya, one where he is an easy-going chill person. And other where he shows elements of rage and revenge. After looking at the trailer the excitement for the film has gone too far especially Aditya’s made us bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.

A daily quoted a source talking about his looks, “Aditya was confident that he would be able to pull off the lean look because he had done that for Fitoor. The challenge for him was to put on muscle for the other look. Although Aditya had very little time on his hands, he managed to beef up for the second look. It was the transformation that helped him ease into the character.”

After Aashiqui 2 which was a huge hit at the box office, this will be the second film of Aditya and filmmaker Mohit Suri. This time, unlike Aditya’s most of the film he has tried romance-thriller-action genre for the first time.

We can see the actor’s huge physical transformation in the posts as well as in the trailer. According to his trainer Sudarshan D Amkar, they have actually sat and brainstormed about the whole look. And how to achieve it in a certain time frame.

Sudarshan says, “Aditya and I had a discussion about his look. He mentioned that he wanted to learn some martial arts in order to work on his fighting skills, flexibility, endurance in order to do justice for his role in the movie. Aditya also mentioned that he’s sporting two different looks in the movie.”

The trainer also revealed that the actor had to undergo strict training. He used to spend 2-3 hours in the gym every day. In addition too cardio for half n hour every evening.

“I made him buy a treadmill so that he could do Cardio at his house only. For the warm-up we started with Yoga, to increase the mobility we used to Kalaripayattu and various forms of martial arts. Aditya used to run for 20 minutes after every training session to gain stamina,” says Sudarshan.

Aditya also went through a strict diet. Sudarshan made him consume 1500 calories to match the energy levels with the workouts.

The movie is production by T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Films’ Luv Ranjan, Ankur Garg, and Northern Lights Entertainment’s Jay Shewakramani. It is all set to release on 7th February 2020.
