After Devdas, Sanjay Leela Bhansali And Jackie Shroff Reunite for Heeramandi, Details Inside!

After finishing Gangubai Kathiawadi, which starred Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Shantanu Maheshwari, Vijay Raaz, and Seema Pahwa, Sanjay Leela Bhansali immediately began work on Heeramandi, a very ambitious project that is said to star Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Fardeen Khan, and Farida Jalal. SLB and Netflix made the initiative official in August of last year. The much-anticipated programme has received another update from Pinkvilla. Jackie Shroff has reportedly joined the Heeramandi cast, according to rumours.

After twenty years apart, Jackie Shroff and Sanjay Leela Bhansali are reunited in this. They previously worked together on the 2002 historical romance film Devdas, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Madhuri Dixit Nene. In the film, Shroff played Chunni Babu, SRK’s pal. The filming for a significant section of Heeramandi has already begun, and it will soon resume. The set is currently being updated with some newer components for the show’s next scenes.

Here is what Sonakshi Sinha replied when we asked her about taking part in the project during a previous discussion with Pinkvilla. “There are speculations but I’ll wait for Sanjay Sir and his team to make official announcements. I don’t want to be saying anything, or stepping out of line. But yes, there are speculations, and people can speculate all they want,” Sonakshi said.

Meanwhile on announcement the Netflix said, “We are excited to announce that Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi IS COMING TO NETFLIX. Words aren’t enough to explain how excited we are that Sanjay Leela Bhansali is partnering with us for this epic Netflix Original series but these emojis come pretty close.” Stay tuned with box office World Wide for latest news, hindi box office news, Bollywood news, ott news, latest bollywood news and latest box office news.
