On the auspicious holiday celebrated to honour the bond between brothers and sisters, the latest film from Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, “Raksha Bandhan,” will be released in theatres.
This is Akshay Kumar’s third movie in a row this year following “Samrat Prithviraj” and “Bachchan Pandey.” However, both movies had poor box office results, therefore Kumar is expecting big things from “Raksha Bandhan.”
Akshay is putting a lot of effort into making this movie a success, from promotional events to television appearances. In addition to other places throughout the nation, he has been spotted promoting the movie in Pune, Indore, and Delhi.
As we all know, Aamir Khan‘s film Laal Singh Chaddha will clash with Rakshabandhan at the box office. And Aamir will release his film on OTT platform only after 6 months, now Akshay played a master stroke as his film will also release on OTT platform only after it completes the 12 week window at the cinema halls.
‘RakshaBandhan’ will stream on Zee5 and is expected to grace the digital space by the mid of November. Though the makers have not confirmed the release date yet.
