Now, fresh reports suggest they might team up again for director Atlee’s next big project.
Rashmika Mandanna Opposite Salman Khan In Atlee’s Next?
According to Filmfare, Atlee and Salman were impressed by Rashmika’s performance in Pushpa 2. This has made her a strong choice for the leading role in their next film.
A source revealed that Salman and Rashmika shared a great working relationship on the sets of Sikandar. Seeing her act in Pushpa 2 convinced both Salman and Atlee that she would be a perfect fit for their upcoming film.
Atlee has already confirmed that his next project (tentatively titled A6) will star Salman Khan. He is reportedly planning a massive casting lineup, with big names like Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan in the mix. If this happens, it could be one of the most exciting collaborations in Indian cinema.
Earlier, the filmmaker expressed his excitement about the project. He mentioned that A6 is a demanding film that requires a lot of effort. The script is almost done, and they are now in the preparation phase. He assured fans that a major announcement is on the way.
Atlee also teased a big casting surprise. He hinted that people’s assumptions about the film’s lineup are correct, but the final reveal will still be unexpected. He believes A6 will be a proud moment for Indian cinema and requested blessings for the project. He also confirmed that the official casting announcement will be made soon.
Salman Is Currently Busy Shooting Sikandar
Months ahead of its Eid release, Sikandar has already generated buzz with its teaser. The 80-second clip features Salman in a fierce action avatar, taking down masked enemies with intense combat moves.
His character, Sikandar, is introduced in a powerful silhouette, adding mystery to the film. The teaser’s gripping background score builds excitement, leading to Salman’s impactful dialogue: “Suna hai ki bohot saare log mere peeche pade hai. Bas mere mudne ki der hai.”
Sikandar also features Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, Kajal Aggarwal, and Sharman Joshi.
