According to eyewitnesses, Kangana arrived at the building and made her way to the dance class being conducted in one of the apartments. Sophie Choudry, who also lives in the building, had an argument with one of Kangana’s bodyguards. In a video that surfaced online, Sophie can be heard telling the guard, “Agar aapko follow karna hai toh dance class mein jayiye (If you want to follow her, you should go up to the dance class).” The guard replied that they needed approval to go up, and once they got that, they would arrange to follow Kangana there too. Sophie then said she would speak to Kangana, but the guard replied that there was no need to do so.
It’s not clear why Sophie suggested that the bodyguard stand outside the building premises, but some witnesses suggest it may have been a concern with respect to building security. Malaika Arora, another celebrity resident of the building, also lives there.
