Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Selfiee’ opened to shocking collections and with that sort of low numbers, there was no chance of comeback. Film grew on Saturday but it was far from satisfactory and then flat Sunday has sealed the fate of the film.
Film collected poor 2.55 cr nett on Friday and 3.80 cr nett on Saturday with 40-45% jump. But then with flat Sunday took it to poor 10.30 cr nett weekend. Film dropped further on Monday by 50%!from Friday and collected 1.25 cr nett.
Film has collected 11.55 cr nett in 4- days and will struggle to cross 20 cr nett lifetime from here which is a shame for a film of this size.

Pvr: 30 lacs / 96 lacs/ 90 Lacs / 64 lacs

Total: 61 lacs / 1.97 crores / 1.86 crores / 1.30 crores

Akshay Kumar’s The Entertainer Show Was NOT Cancelled Due To Low Audience But Due To Non Payment To National Organiser
When films do not work of a star, lot of rumours start doing the round to further malign status of star. That’s what seems to be happening with Akshay Kumar after flop show of his latest release ‘Selfiee’. News was doing the round all day yesterday that Akshay Kumar’s shows in USA along with Nora Fatehi, Disha Patani, Sonam Bajwa, Stebin Ben, Jasleen Royal, Mouni Roy, Aparshakti Khurana and Zahrah Khan stand cancelled due to low turnout and poor ticket sales. But this proved to be rumour.
We reached out sources close to the national organiser of the tour and what we come to know was shocking!
The Entertainers tour’s New Jersey show was unfortunately called off because the local promoter Amit Jaitley of Sai USA INC failed to pay the national promoter.
