Rohit Shetty has been entertaining the masses for years now with both comic and action-packed flicks. The filmmaker’s Cop Universe – consisting of films like Singham, Singham Returns, Simmba and Sooryavanshi, is a much-loved franchise that will soon be getting its fifth instalment – Singham Again. This multi-starrer will star Ajay Devgn as the titular character and Arjun Kapoor as the antagonist.
Singham Again Final Schedule Details
A recent ETimes report reveals that the final schedule of Rohit Shetty’s upcoming cop drama will go on floors in the next few days. A source close to the development of the multi-starrer told the publication that a huge set is being constructed at Film City for the final schedule. While construction for the set reportedly began on March 23, the shooting is expected to commence in the next few days.
The source further noted that the current shoot will mainly involve Ajay Devgn and Arjun Kapoor’s portions. Singham Again shoot began with a schedule in Hyderabad and Mumbai, where major portions were filmed. These scenes required the combination dates of Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff and the other cast members.
The film is slated to release on August 15, where it will clash with Pushpa 2- The Rule. This much-awaited film stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasilin in the lead.
Arjun Kapoor’s Singham Again look
Over the last several weeks, Arjun has been snapped sporting his villainous look from the Rohit Shetty directorial. Unveiling his look from the film over a month ago, Kapoor captioned it, “Singham ka villain! Feeling on top of the world being a part of hit-machine Rohit Shetty sir’s cop universe! I promise you there will be mayhem”
