Final Schedule Shot In Palghar
The final schedule of Ranger was completed in Palghar district of Maharashtra. The team filmed at Tungareshwar Wildlife Sanctuary and Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary to capture the stunning forest sequences. These locations provided the perfect backdrop for the intense action scenes in the film.
Interestingly, the original plan was to shoot the last leg in the forests of Thailand and Sri Lanka. However, after Cyclone Ditwah hit Sri Lanka last week, the makers quickly changed their plans. They decided to film the portions in India instead and zeroed in on these beautiful locations in Palghar. The team managed to complete the schedule smoothly despite the last minute changes.
Drishyam 3 Begins December 15 In Mumbai
Ajay Devgn is now geared up to reprise his iconic role of Vijay Salgaonkar from the hit thriller franchise. Director Abhishek Pathak, who helmed Drishyam 2 in 2022, will once again take charge of the third installment. The shoot for Drishyam 3 is set to begin on December 15 in Mumbai.
The cast including Akshaye Khanna and Tabu will be part of the 10 day Mumbai schedule. Indoor scenes will be shot during this period. The team plans to shoot till Christmas before taking a New Year break. The shoot will then resume from the first week of 2026, and the makers are targeting to wrap up the entire film by April 2026.
