Eros International has issued a public notice claiming that it has the sole and exclusive rights to the upcoming Bollywood film Hera Pheri 4, which stars Akshay Kumar. This comes after T-Series issued a similar notice claiming all audio and visual rights to the film’s franchise. Eros International has claimed that it holds the Intellectual Property Rights as well as the rights to the title, digital rights, and music rights on a ‘sole and exclusive basis’. The notice also mentioned that Eros has similar rights to all the forthcoming films of Firoz Nadiadwala, including Awara Paagal Deewana 2.
Now here comes the latest development. In number one trade magazine ‘Complete Cinema’, Eros International has issued a public notice claiming all rights of ‘Hera Pheri’. Notice states that any franchise film also will be covered under that.
