Akshay Kumar was last seen in a patriotic movie Sky Force and made headlines for all the right reasons. While the film received mixed reactions, his performance was praised by both critics and the audiences.
Now, he seems ready to jump into another big project. Reports suggest that he is in discussions with popular South Indian director Venkat Prabhu for an ambitious pan-India film.
Akshay Kumar And Venkat Prabhu To Collaborate For A Film Project?
Venkat Prabhu has made his mark in Tamil cinema with hits like Chennai 600028, Mankatha, Maanaadu, and The Greatest Of All Time starring Vijay.
According to sources, he recently pitched a script to Akshay Kumar. DNA reports that Akshay was quite impressed with the story and both are discussing the possibilities of working together. If things go as planned, this project could bring Bollywood and Tamil cinema together on a grand scale.
With regional films gaining more popularity across India, filmmakers are now creating stories that appeal to audiences beyond language barriers. Venkat Prabhu has already built a strong fanbase in Tamil cinema, and teaming up with Akshay Kumar could help take his storytelling to a wider audience.
About Akshay’s Last Release Sky Force
