Akshay Kumar’s Cinderella shoot rescheduled for Jan 2022; to shoot OMG 2 in Ujjain first!

Akshay is now working on the sequel to OMG: OH MY GOD.

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is in high-gear mode, completing one project after another. On October 12, the actor completed the filming of Aanand L Rai’s Raksha Bandhan. He announced this on his social media with a happy picture with Aanand L Rai and wrote, “Here’s to all I and @aanandlrai did throughout the shoot of #RakshaBandhan – laugh like there’s no tomorrow! Ironically, as we wrapped the film last night, there was a bittersweet tinge of sadness. Off to the next. New day, new roller coaster.”

Akshay is now working on the sequel to OMG: OH MY GOD. According to rumours, the actor will begin a 20-day run in Ujjain. According to reports, production on OMG 2 has been paused and will restart by the end of October. Although Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi, as well as director Amit Rai, tested negative for COVID-19, the shoot was terminated due to seven members testing positive.

In the meantime, Akshay Kumar will film a promotional video for Sooryavanshi, which will be released around Diwali. He’ll perform a marathon shoot for Ram Setu once the OMG 2 schedule in Ujjain wraps in December. In January 2022, he begins the Shimla leg of Cinderella, which was originally scheduled for this year.

A few days ago, Khiladi Kumar also announced the wrap of his film Production 41. On his Twitter account, he wrote, “Can’t believe it’s a wrap on #Production41! Grateful to have shot and completed a memorable journey with the loveliest team! Thank you for all the love,smiles and fun!
