We all know that Alia Bhatt will be reuniting with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for the eagerly awaited film Love & War, alongside hubby Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. It’s not just her reunion with SLB, Ranbir will also team up again with the director after years.

In a recent interview with News 18 Showsha, Alia expressed her anticipation for working with Bhansali again, emphasising her excitement over the collaboration with the acclaimed director.

Regarding the reunion of Bhansali and Ranbir Kapoor, Alia remarked, “I, as an audience, am more excited to see him and Ranbir collaborate again after so many years. I am like, ‘Wow, what’s that going to be like?'”

She also highlighted the magic created by Vicky Kaushal and Ranbir in the past, particularly in the film Sanju, suggesting that their pairing in Love & War promises a unique chemistry.

Alia On Her Experience Working In Jigra, Bond With Vedang Raina

Alia also discussed her role in Vasan Bala’s upcoming film, Jigra, where she stars alongside Vedang Raina. She confirmed the film’s release date as October 11 and spoke warmly about her experience working with Vasan Bala, describing it as a “wonderful time” filled with beautiful memories. Alia praised Bala’s directorial style, noting his ability to strike a “perfect balance of cool and nostalgia,” a trademark seen in all his films.

Describing Vasan Bala as having a “beautiful grounding old soul sort of quality” combined with an “edgy and unpredictable” nature, Alia lauded his writing and creative approach. She highlighted the presence of Easter Eggs in his films, hinting at their significance in Jigra.

Alia also appreciated her co-star Vedang Raina, describing their on-set relationship as seamless and easygoing, reflecting their strong camaraderie.
