This beautiful young lady is now gearing up for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi where Alia is facing difficulties in slipping into an earthy Marathi character’s skin and diction.
The actor will have to master the Marathi diction and accent for the role of Gangubai.
A Daily quoted a source as saying, “Alia has to get as earthy and colloquial as it can get. The Maharashtrian woman she plays in Gangubai uses a lot of foul languages, and Alia would probably have to learn words she has never heard before. But she’s game.”
According to the information a language coach has joined on a daily basis with the actress to train her voice in the nuances of Marathi.
