The film stars renowned actors Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Hamza Abbasi, and others. It is said to be a modern adaptation of the 1979 classic Maula Jatt, with the screenplay written by Nasir Adeeb and Bilal Lashari. The filmmakers partnered with Pakistan’s largest media group, which has been a great effort in reviving the Pakistan country’s cinema industry. The movie has garnered significant praise from both local and international audiences. Notably, it is the first Pakistani film ever to gross over Rs. 200 crore worldwide.
