Allu Arjun attended the Varudu Kaavalenu pre-release ceremony in Hyderabad on October 28 as the chief guest. The Pushpa actor spoke at the ceremony and expressed his best wishes to the cast and crew of Sooryavanshi and several other films in other languages. Director Rohit Shetty praised Allu Arjun for his message and wished him luck with the release of Pushpa.
On the occasion of Diwali, Sooryavanshi will be released in theatres around the world on November 5. It’s worth noting that this is the first big-budget picture to hit theatres since they reopened recently. Theatres across the country were closed for several months due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Allu Arjun took his time to wish the Sooryavanshi team at the pre-release event of Varudu Kaavalenu. He said, “Sooryavanshi, a Hindi film, is going to release. I really wish them from the whole of South India, all the best to the entire team of Sooryavanshi. I really wish you get people back to theatres and everybody gets back to the cinema and watch this entertainment.”
The Twitter handle of Dharma Productions shared a video along with a special message from director Rohit Shetty. It read, “As I said earlier, it’s not my film, it’s OUR film. Thank you for the love and support my brother. Wish you ALL THE BEST FOR PUSHPA. @alluarjun you are a ROCKSTAR (sic).”
