Tragedy struck in Hyderabad as a private bus, carrying the talented crew of the highly anticipated Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2 movie, collided with a parked TSRTC bus in Narketpally. The unfortunate incident occurred while they were on their way to Hyderabad.
Early in the morning, a mishap took place when a private bus carrying only technical crew members from the movie Pushpa-2 collided with a parked RTC bus. The accident occurred around 5:30 am, causing injuries to two individuals. The crew members were returning to Hyderabad after completing their shooting in Odisha. The collision resulted in significant damage to the front left side of the private bus, as well as the rear side of the parked RTC bus.
The stationary RTC bus involved in the accident was identified as belonging to the Khammam depot. A total of 20 crew members were present on the private bus at the time of the incident. Their journey had commenced at 11:30 pm on Tuesday. According to local authorities, the driver of the private bus attempted to overtake a lorry from the left side, leading to a collision with the parked RTC bus that had experienced a breakdown. After completing six days of filming in Odisha, the movie crew was en route to Hyderabad.

Pushpa 2 is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films of the year, and fans have been waiting on updates related to the Allu Arjun starrer. As of now, the film’s makers haven’t issued any statement regarding the mishap. Last month, on the 41st birthday of Allu Arjun, the makers of Pushpa production house Mythri Movie Makers – released the first look poster of the upcoming sequel. ‘Pushpa: The Rule’, is the much-awaited sequel of ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, after the blockbuster earned a lifetime collection of more than Rs 450 crore at the box-office.
Like the first part, the second instalment will also be directed by Sukumar. The action entertainer will also star Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in key roles. However, Samantha Ruth Prabhu of ‘Oo Antava’ fame, who reportedly charged Rs 5 crore for the three-minute-long song, may not return for the sequel.
