Yash Raj Films is keeping the Alpha campaign in high gear. Just a day after launching the official teaser, the studio has now unveiled a new poster that brings Alia Bhatt, Sharvari, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor into one powerful frame, sharpening the spotlight on the next chapter of the YRF Spy Universe.
As of June 11, 2026, the film is less than a month away from release, and YRF’s promotional rhythm clearly signals confidence in its action heavy theatrical pitch. The poster arrives at a crucial moment, following the teaser’s strong digital traction and giving fans a clearer sense of the film’s ensemble scale.
Yrf Reveals Alpha Poster After Teaser Launch
The new poster of Alpha positions Alia Bhatt and Sharvari at the centre of the action narrative, while Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor add gravitas to the franchise expansion. The visual continues the film’s sharp, combat ready tone and reinforces the studio’s effort to present this as a major spy universe event, not just another standalone action film.
YRF’s official teaser description introduced the film with a direct promise: “Welcome to the newest chapter of the YRF Spy Universe that presents an edgy origin story of a girl raised and built to kill. Alpha is a female-led action film that will take you on a fun, edge of the seat, thrilling ride that is designed as an out and out entertainer.”
The casting itself is a major statement for the franchise. Alia Bhatt brings rare mainstream pull across theatrical and streaming audiences, while Sharvari’s presence gives the film a younger, rising star energy. Together, they place female action at the centre of a brand that has traditionally been powered by superstar driven espionage spectacles.
Alpha Adds A New Turn To The Yrf Spy Universe
Alpha is directed by Shiv Rawail, who previously helmed the acclaimed streaming series The Railway Men. The film is produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films and stars Alia Bhatt, Sharvari, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor in key roles.
The action thriller belongs to the YRF Spy Universe, which includes Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathaan, Tiger 3 and War 2. Its release comes at a strategically important point for the franchise, as YRF looks to widen its spy canvas with new characters, a refreshed tone and a female led theatrical event designed for a pan India audience.
Alpha is scheduled to release in theatres worldwide on July 3, 2026. With the teaser out and the new poster now pushing its principal cast together, YRF has begun the final stretch of the campaign with a clear message: the spy universe is entering a new phase, and Alia Bhatt and Sharvari are at the front of it.
