Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar starrer ‘Badhaai Do’ a romantic drama genre movie completed one year of its release on Saturday. To mark this special day, Rajkummar Rao took to his Instagram handle and posted a deleted scene from the film. He captioned, “Anniversary hai toh gift toh banta hai. Humara nahin toh aapka hi sahi. Here’s a small gift for you on #1YearOfBadhaaiDo #BadhaaiDo deleted scene.”
On the other hand, The gorgeous actress, Bhumi Pednekar shared a picture on her Instagram story and captioned, “1 year till a piece of our heart became yours. Thank you for the love, the love that still keeps our heart warm. Miss every special person that worked on this special film. Am full of gratitude. Love is love.”
Bhumi portrayed Suman Singh, a 31-year-old physical education instructor who has a thing for women, in the movie. To escape the strain of their families, she marries Shardul Thakur (Rajkummar), a police officer. When Rajkummar’s character admits that he is also homosexual, the narrative takes a major turn.

The sequel to the National Award-winning movie ‘Badhaai Ho’, which stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Neena Gupta, and Sanya Malhotra in the key roles, is titled ‘Badhaai Do’ and directed by Harshvardhan Kulkarni.
Bhumi and Rajkummar will soon be seen in an upcoming social drama film ‘Bheed’, which will be released in the theatres on March 24, 2023.
