Shah Rukh has delivered massive blockbuster with Pathaan which broke every record worldwide. Since then every one wants to be associate with SRK in some way or other. Now latest rumour has floated with one statement of producer of Don.
Producer Ritesh Sidhwani has confirmed that the third installment of the action thriller Don, starring Shah Rukh Khan, is currently in the scripting stage and Farhan Akhtar is finishing the script of the film. Sidhwani, who is Akhtar’s partner at production banner Excel Entertainment, said that he is not aware of the plot of the film yet.
In a candid chat with PTI, Sidhwani promised that Don 3 would happen, but he didn’t have a timeline in place for the same. He said that they are working to get the right story for the film. In 2017, Sidhwani had said that they had started thinking seriously about Don 3 and were toying with ideas. They had found the right idea, and it was being written then. They would make an official announcement soon.
Shah Rukh Khan is currently finishing his Christmas release Dunki and shooting for his cameo for Tiger 3. There is no official word on Don 3 as such statements and rumours are going around for almost a decade from Excel Entertainment but SRK has never spoken about it concretely. And this one seems another fluid statement. Although sources close to SRK has revealed days back that he will sign something interesting by end of July for which conversations are on.

Fans of the franchise have been eagerly waiting for the third installment of the movie. The Don franchise is a remake of the 1978 film of the same name starring Amitabh Bachchan. The franchise has been a commercial success, and fans are excited to see what the third installment has in store for them.
The first Don movie was released in 2006, and the second installment came out in 2011, both directed by Farhan Akhtar. Sidhwani is known for producing movies such as Dil Chahta Hai, Rock On!!, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and Raees.
