The much-anticipated Malayalam film Rifle Club by director Aashiq Abu will be released in theatres ahead of Christmas. The film is generating excitement not only because of its captivating plot but also due to the involvement of Anurag Kashyap and rapper-turned-singer Hanumankind, marking their debut in Malayalam cinema.
Anurag Kashyap & Humankind Starrer To Release Soon
As revealed last week, the film is all set to hit theatres on December 19. Hanumankind is making his acting debut in Rifle Club. He plays the role of Bheera in the movie. Anurag Kashyap (Known for directing Gangs of Wasseypur) plays the antagonist, Dayanand Bare. This marks Kashyap’s first Malayalam film.
The movie offers an action-packed, intense story, written by Syam Pushkaran, Dileesh Karunakaran, and Suhas. In addition to Hanumankind and Kashyap, the film also stars Dileesh Pothan, Unnimaya Prasad, Darshana Rajendran, and Vijaya Raghavan, each bringing depth to the story.
Music for the film is composed by Rex Vijayan, and Aashiq Abu himself has handled the cinematography. V Saajan is in charge of editing, ensuring a polished final product. The buzz surrounding the film is building, with fans eager to see the mix of talents on screen.
Hanumankind Is Also Making Headlines For His Squid Game 2 Music Video
Alongside Rifle Club, Hanumankind has also grabbed attention with his music video for Squid Game 2, called “The Game Don’t Stop.” The song features Indian artists Kalmi and Parimal Shais & has been well-received by fans.
