Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are back with a bang in the third installment of the Tiger franchise. ‘Tiger 3’ is directed by Maneesh Sharma and also stars Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist. The film is slated to release on November 12, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
Leke Prabhu Ka Naam song teaser out now
The duo has shared a glimpse of the first song from Tiger 3, titled ‘Leke Prabhu ka Naam’, which is set to release on October 23. The song is a peppy dance number featuring the sizzling chemistry of Salman and Katrina, who are seen grooving in the exotic location of Cappadocia, Turkey.
The song also marks the first collaboration between Salman Khan and Arijit Singh, who have buried their past differences and joined hands for this track. Arijit Singh has lent his voice along with Nikhita Gandhi for the song, which is composed by Pritam and penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The song is choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant and shot by Sahil Bhardwaj.
Salman Khan took to his Instagram account to share the teaser poster of the song and wrote, “Tiger & Zoya are ready to party! #LekePrabhuKaNaam dropping hot on 23rd Oct on youtube.com/yrf Dekho ek choti jhalak…”
Katrina Kaif also shared the same poster on her Instagram and wrote, “This party is just starting”
The fans of Salman and Katrina are eagerly waiting for the song to drop and have expressed their excitement in the comments section. Many have also praised the collaboration of Salman and Arijit and called it a historic moment for Bollywood music.
Emotion And Action Packed Tiger 3 trailer out now
The Tiger 3 trailer is packed with high emotions, high-octane action sequences, stunning visuals and a gripping plot. The trailer also introduces Emraan Hashmi as the main antagonist.
The film also follows the events of Hrithik Roshan starrer War and Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan.
In the trailer, we are reunited with Tiger (Salman) and Zoya (Katrina) but they have a bigger obstacle in their way. Emraan Hashmi who plays a ruthless terrorist leader, has held Tiger captive in Pakistan. The actor’s salt-and-pepper look, which was kept under guards for months, is finally revealed as the closing shot is showcased, setting the stage for an intense face-off between Emraan and Salman.
Emraan Hashmi, is hell bent on taking revenge on him, for something Tiger (unknowingly) did to him in the past. This time the war has become personal and Tiger has to choose between saving his family or country. The trailer ends with Salman’s viral dialogue from ‘Tiger Ka Message’, “Jab Tak Tiger Mara nahi tab tak haara nahi”.
The trailer follows the beats of the Tiger franchise, driven primarily by drama and emotions. This is quite a stark contrast from Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, of the same spy universe, which was more flamboyant, lighter in tonality and thrived on style.
