Bollywood actress Yami Gautam is all set to play the lead role in the upcoming political thriller Article 370, which is based on the historic decision taken by the Indian government in Kashmir in 2019. The film is directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale, who has won two National Awards for his previous films.

Yami Gautam looks intense and impressive in the trailer of Article 370. Film talks about the controversial article which was implemented in Kashmir.
In the two minute and 40 seconds long trailer, Yami Gautam is caught between the political unrest, emanating from the special status given to Jammu & Kashmir and the challenges faced by the army and the political party in their efforts of removing it. The trailer promises a fast-paced political thriller, tracing the events that led to the abrogation of Article 370. The trailer was shared with the caption, “Poora ka poora Kashmir, Bharat desh ka hissa tha, hai aur rahega.”

The makers also recently released the song Dua. The song has also equally received an overwhelming response from the netizens. The song crooned by Jubin Nautiyal has music from Shashwat Sachdev, and this beautiful song is a tribute to all the heroes of the nation who served the country selflessly in which Yami Gautam plays the character of an intelligence officer.
The film is slated to release in cinemas on 23 February 2024.
