On October 3rd, 2021, Aryan was apprehended after the NCB stormed the ‘Cordelia,’ a cruise ship heading from Mumbai to Goa.

According to sources, jail inmates are unable to see their family and can only video call them twice or three times a month owing to the ongoing COVID pandemic. During a 10-minute video conference, Aryan Khan spoke with his parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan.

Reportedly, Aryan Khan broke down while speaking to his father Shah Rukh Khan and mother Gauri Khan over the video call. “Aryan gave his mother’s number. He spoke to his mother and father through the video call facility for 10 minutes,” confirmed a senior jail official to ETimes.

The sessions court in Mumbai will now rule on Aryan’s bail application on October 20th, 2021. Amit Desai, who earlier represented Salman Khan in the infamous hit-and-run case in 2002, is representing the star kid alongside Satish Maneshine.

Meanwhile, on October 3rd, 2021, NCB raided the ship and detained 7 others, including Aryan, claiming to have confiscated 13 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA, and 5 grams of mephedrone, as well as more than Rs 1.3 lakh in cash.
