Aryan Khan still remains in Arthur Road Jail, to walk out of the prison tomorrow morning

Aryan Khan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on Thursday

After 25 days of arrest, Aryan Khan has finally granted bail by the Bombay High Court yesterday. Along with Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also granted bail. The three of them are still logged in the Arthur Road Jail, Mumbai as the bail order couldn’t reach before 5:30 pm.

Aryan Khan’s bail order formalities took a long time to wrap up due to which the trio couldn’t release today. According to rules, if all the bail papers were submitted by 5.35 pm then release could have happened by 7 pm. Aryan Khan’s bail order was deposited to the prison’s bail box post 5:30 pm. Hence the three of them will be released on Saturday morning.

Speaking to the media, Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said, “The order was furnished to the Sessions Special Court. Juhi Chawla has been accepted as surety by the court. Bail formalities are being completed. Once the bonds are signed, they’ll directly go from the court to jail.”
