Atrangi Re, a film directed by Aanand L Rai and starring Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan, and Dhanush, began filming in Varanasi in March of last year. In October 2020, the team resumed filming in Madurai, followed by a schedule in Delhi. The makers have now settled on a digital release. They’ve decided to premiere the film on Disney+ Hotstar after considerable speculation. On November 23, 2021, the announcement was made. Tomorrow will see the release of the trailer.

Atrangi Re is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, Colour Yellow Productions, and Cape of Good Films and directed by Aanand L Rai. Himanshu Sharma wrote the screenplay. The film’s soundtrack was created by AR Rahman, with songs written by Irshad Kamil.
