Awarapan 2 is scheduled to reach theatres on August 14, 2026, with Emraan Hashmi returning to the franchise alongside Disha Patani, Shabana Azmi and Suvinder Vicky. Directed by Nitin Kakkar and produced by Vishesh Bhatt under the Vishesh Films banner, the film’s trailer places the story inside a larger crime-and-mafia world. The response so far, however, suggests viewers are still waiting for the one element that made the first film linger, its emotional and musical soul.
