Ajay Devgn is gearing up to launch the title track of his upcoming film, Azaad. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, the film features Ajay in a strong role alongside debutants Aaman Devgn and Rasha Thadani. The track will be unveiled at the DAV United Fest in Bhubaneswar tomorrow, with a massive audience of over 20,000 fans expected.
Azaad Hai Tu Song Teaser Unveiled Ahead Of Full Song Drop
The teaser for the song “Azaad Hai Tu” was released today and has already gained attention online. Sung by Arijit Singh, the song is composed by Amit Trivedi with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The makers describe it as a tribute to animal lovers, highlighting the deep connection between humans and animals.
Ajay shared the song teaser and wrote on social media, “Yeh dhun unn khaas rishton ke liye jo karte hain humein ‘Azaad’! #AzaadHaiTu song out tomorrow!”

The teaser shows Ajay and Aaman bonding with a horse named Azaad, set against stunning landscapes. This comes after the earlier release of the film’s teaser and the festive track “Birangay,” which celebrated the spirit of Holi with vibrant visuals.
At the Bhubaneswar event, Ajay will be joined by Aaman Devgn, Rasha Thadani, director Abhishek Kapoor, and producer Pragya Kapoor for a grand launch.
More About The Film
Set in pre-independence India, Azaad tells a heartfelt story of love and loyalty. Ajay plays a skilled horseman who shares a special bond with his horse but loses it during a daring escape from British forces. The focus then shifts to Aaman’s character, who embarks on a journey to find the horse and learns valuable life lessons along the way.
Rasha Thadani plays a wealthy girl from a privileged family, though her role remains a mystery for now. The teaser hints at her significance but keeps the details under wraps.
Produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor, Azaad promises breathtaking visuals and an inspiring narrative. With Ajay reportedly in a cameo role, the film also marks a grand debut for Aaman Devgn.
Azaad has been scheduled for theatrical release on January 17, 2025.
