During a promotional event for Aayush Sharma’s forthcoming film Ruslaan, producer K. K. Radhamohan revealed that the script for Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 is now prepared. Addressing V. Vijayendra Prasad, the writer of the original Bajrangi Bhaijaan story and father of SS Rajamouli, Radhamohan mentioned that the script will soon be presented to Salman Khan. This announcement has stirred up excitement among fans.
Salman Khan announced the sequel to his and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s hit film Bajrangi Bhaijaan in 2021. At the time, he also disclosed that K V Vijayendra Prasad was working on the script for the movie. According to reports, the sequel is tentatively titled Pawan Putra Bhaijaan.
Pooja Hegde To Replace Kareena Kapoor In Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2?
It’s reported that Pooja Hegde is set to take the lead female role. According to a source cited in Bollywood Hungama, Salman Khan has chosen Pooja Hegde to replace Kareena Kapoor in the film. The specifics of Hegde’s role remain uncertain, with questions lingering over whether she will portray a new character or step into Kapoor’s shoes.
Interestingly, this casting decision comes amidst ongoing speculation about Khan’s romantic pairing with Hegde in his forthcoming release Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, suggesting a potential continuation of their on-screen chemistry.
