The promotional campaign for Oh My God 2, scheduled for release on August 11, 2023, is about to kick off with the launch of its teaser. The teaser will be released on July 11 and it will be also attached with the print of Mission Impossible 7.
According to a reliable source, the teaser has received a ‘U’ certification and has a duration of 1 minute and 34 seconds. This film serves as a sequel to Akshay Kumar’s 2012 hit, Oh My God, where he portrays the character of Lord Shiva. The upcoming movie is expected to be a thought-provoking social comedy.

Viacom 18 is the production company behind the film, and it’s worth noting that Mission Impossible, distributed by Viacom, is also getting a release in India. Besides Oh My God 2, there are other teasers attached to the screenings of Mission Impossible 7. According to the source, Viacom has another film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, directed by Karan Johar, set to release in July. The trailer for this family-oriented movie, which runs for over 3 minutes, is also included with the prints of Mission Impossible 7 in Indian theaters.
In addition to the attachment of Oh My God 2 and Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani trailers to the Mission Impossible prints, there’s another exciting development involving Shah Rukh Khan. The Jawan Trailer, featuring Khan, is set to be showcased at prominent cinema venues throughout the country. This arrangement is a result of a direct agreement between Red Chillies Entertainment, Khan’s production company, and Multiplex Chains, bypassing the inclusion in Mission Impossible screenings.
