Pathaan released on January 25, 2023, which is full of drama and action which is directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Aditya Chopra. It stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone in lead roles and will have John Abraham as antagonist. It showcases an undercover police official and drug lord. The latest bollywood news is that the Sindh Board of Films Censor stopped the public screening of Pathaan after numerous unauthorised screenings were held at different venues in Defence Housing Authority. Reportedly, Tickets were reportedly being sold at PKR 900 (around Rs. 266.41 INR) and all cinemas showcasing Pathaan were going housefull.

“No person shall make or arrange a public or private exhibition of a film by means of cinematograph unless the film has been duly certified for public exhibition by the Board,” read the Sindh Board of Films Censor’s (SBFC’s) statement. According to law, these kinds of screenings can result into imprisonment for up to three years and Rs. 100,000 PKR fine can be inflicted. The board ordered the Firework Events company to halt all its shows which were responsible for the screenings of Pathaan.
Interestingly, netizens pointed out that Besharam Rang’ track showed its connection in the Pakistani drama Kaala Doriya. The Indian movies are prohibited for screening in Pakistan after India prohibited their artists a few years ago. The craze for the SRK starrer continues throughout the globe. The entire worldwide gross of the film stands at Rs. 729 crores and Rs. 378.15 crores as the nett collection in India.
