Even Aamir Khan’s PK was bashed for using the regional angle to the story. Even that film went on to be a blockbuster earning over 850 crores at the worldwide box office. Aamir Khan’s Dangal was also attacked by the trollers and it did a plethora of 2000 crores.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor led Veere Di Wedding did around 140 crores. That movie was also bashed by the so-called ‘bhakts’ and proved to be a box-office hit. Now, targeting Deepika Padukone’s Chhapaak only hints at one thing – a box office success is on its way.
