Tamil actor Dhanush and American actor Sydney Sweeney are reportedly set to collaborate on an upcoming Sony Productions film titled Street Fighter. While no official confirmation has been made, reports suggest that the two will be working together on this project.
Sydney Sweeney, known for her roles in Euphoria and The White Lotus, has also recently completed filming for a biopic about 1990s professional boxer Christy Martin.
The untitled film wrapped production in November and is currently in post-production. Sweeney is reportedly balancing several ongoing commitments, making any official announcement about her involvement in Street Fighter uncertain at this time.
Similarly, Dhanush, a prominent figure in Indian cinema, is engaged with other projects, adding to the speculation surrounding his participation. The actor recently gained international recognition with roles in Netflix’s The Gray Man and other global ventures, further fuelling interest in his potential collaboration with Sweeney.
Both actors’ representatives and Sony Productions have yet to comment on the reported casting, leaving fans eagerly awaiting official updates on the project.
