The catchy track Fa9la, picturised on Akshaye Khanna, became a nationwide sensation following the film’s release. Its high-energy visuals, viral social media reactions, and infectious beat turned the song into a cultural phenomenon that dominated music charts for weeks.
Flipperachi Hints At New Track
In a recent interview with India Today, Flipperachi opened up about the possibility of contributing another song to Dhurandhar 2. When asked if fans can expect another track from him, the singer-producer teased, “There might be something.”
He further added, “I was going to keep it a surprise, but I guess there’s something. I wouldn’t want to tell you everything about it, but yeah, there might be something, yes.”
The confirmation has sent fans into a frenzy, with many hoping for another chart-topping banger in the sequel.
Fa9la Continues To Rule Social Media
Reflecting on the overwhelming response to Fa9la, Flipperachi shared how the success has been surreal for him. “To be honest, it’s crazy. My DMs are blowing up every single day. I cannot keep up with the people that are just tagging me for the song and enjoying and vibing with it. So it’s been a crazy, crazy time,” he said.
The song’s viral nature has made Flipperachi a name to watch in Bollywood music, with fans eagerly awaiting his next collaboration with the Dhurandhar team.
Dhurandhar OTT Release Announced
Meanwhile, Dhurandhar is set to premiere on Netflix on January 30, 2026, following the standard 8-week OTT release window. The Aditya Dhar directorial has been a massive theatrical success, and its digital debut is highly anticipated.
The sequel, Dhurandhar 2, is scheduled to hit cinemas on March 19, 2026, continuing the story of the covert intelligence operation.
