Ranveer Singh Starrer Dhurandhar The Revenge Opens Advance Bookings Nationwide Ahead Of 19 March 2026 Release

Ranveer Singh is officially back in action mode, and the countdown has begun in theatres. On 14 March 2026, Jio Studios and B62 Studios opened advance bookings for Dhurandhar The Revenge across cinemas nationwide, signalling the start of what is shaping up to be one of the biggest pre-release pushes of the year for a Hindi-led franchise sequel.

The makers also announced the booking launch on Instagram with the line, “Advance bookings for Dhurandhar The Revenge are open nationwide. Book Your Tickets Now,” while reiterating the film’s release date and its five-language rollout. Ranveer amplified the announcement on his handle with a similar note, writing, “LET THE GAMES BEGIN,” as the team kicked off its final stretch toward release.

Advance Bookings Now Live, Five-Language Release Confirmed

Dhurandhar The Revenge is locked for a worldwide theatrical release on 19 March 2026, timed to the festive corridor of Gudi Padwa and Ugadi, and just ahead of Eid. The film is releasing in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, underlining its clear pan-India ambition from day one of the booking window.

Mounted on a large scale, the sequel stays rooted in the franchise’s espionage and underworld milieu, promising a slick action-driven theatrical experience with a sharper revenge hook at its centre. The new chapter once again places Ranveer at the forefront, with the actor headlining the spy-action thriller as the story of the “unknown men” moves into its next phase.

The ensemble around him raises the stakes: R. Madhavan plays strategic mastermind Ajay Sanyal, Arjun Rampal steps in as ISI Major Iqbal, and Sanjay Dutt features as SP Chaudhary Aslam. The film is written, directed and produced by Aditya Dhar, with Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar producing, and Jio Studios presenting the B62 Studios production.

What The Film Is About, And Who Is Behind It

Aditya Dhar, who previously delivered Uri: The Surgical Strike, returns to the director’s chair for Dhurandhar The Revenge, continuing the franchise’s blend of covert ops, high-stakes conflict and large-screen action choreography. The film brings back Ranveer in the lead, backed by a cast designed for heavyweight face-offs and strategic mind games. The premise remains tightly under wraps beyond the “unknown men” thread, but the positioning is clear: this is a revenge-fuelled spy sequel built for scale and speed.

Ranveer Singh’s Recent And Upcoming Work

Ranveer was last seen headlining Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar (2025), a theatrical tentpole that expanded his action footprint and directly set up the sequel. In the last few years, he also featured in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani (2023), directed by Karan Johar, and Cirkus (2022), directed by Rohit Shetty. With Dhurandhar The Revenge arriving on 19 March 2026, Ranveer’s immediate runway remains firmly theatrical, with the franchise sequel positioned as his next major big-screen event.
