Celebrities including Diljit Dosanjh, Ammy Virk, Guru Randhawa, Honey Singh extended their support to the farmers for the ongoing protest against the three farm laws.
Many Punjabi artists have constantly, posting about the protests on social media. The artists also requested the government to listen to the farmers’ demands.

Recently, Kangana Ranaut shared a tweet (which is now deleted by her), misidentifying an elderly Sikh woman during the farmers’ protest as Bilkis Bano of Shaheen Bagh. As soon as she tweeted people started bashing her for a fake claim.
Diljit Dosanjh along with multiple artists slammed her for the same.
Although realising her mistake, Kangana soon deleted the tweet, but the damage was already done.
