If it wasn’t Coronavirus Pandemic, everything would be normal and we would be watching so many released films in theaters now. But due to the lockdown all over the country, all the theaters have been shut. As the cinema halls across the country are closed several producers have been exploring OTT platforms for the release of there films.
Bringing to you the exclusive, we have got a list of 10 films that will be directly releasing on Disney + Hotstar skipping the theater release.
A few days ago we brought to you the news about Ajay Devgn’s three films deal with OTT platform. Films including his own starrer war drama Bhuj: The Pride of India and two production ventures, Abhishek Bachchan starrer Big Bull and Rajkumar Rao’s Chhalaang are directly opening doors to Disney + Hotstar release.

Not only these, there are 7 more films that aren’t waiting anymore for theaters to reopen and directly jumping on the OTT platform.
RoohiAfzana: This Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor starrer comedy horror was supposed to release on 17 April, 2020. But now, the makers are knocking the OTT platform to release the film.
Mimi: Starring Kriti Sanon in the lead role, Maddock films’ Mimi was set to hit the screens in July 2020. Looking at the extensions of keeping theaters closed, the makers are opting for OTT release.
After Mimi and RoohiAfzana, there are a couple of more movies by Maddock Films that will be streaming on Disney + Hotstar soon.
Dil Bechara: An upcoming love story starring Sanjana Singh and Sushant Singh Rajput which was supposed to release on May 8, 2020 will also stream on Disney + Hotstar.
Laxmmi Bomb: After a lot of speculations, this Akshay Kumar starrer is finally making its way to stream on Disney + Hotstar.
Sadak 2: Well, it was just yesterday when we brought to you the exclusive news about Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak starring Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur to directly release on OTT platform. Check out our article on the same here:
