The teaser has received rave reviews from netizens on X (formerly Twitter), who praised the film’s warm and fresh vibe, humor, music, and emotions. Many fans called the film a ‘breath of fresh air’ and expressed their excitement to watch it in cinemas this Christmas. Some fans also predicted that the film will be a blockbuster and create a hattrick of success for Shah Rukh Khan after his previous films Pathaan and Jawan.

Fans compare SRK-Taapsee Scene to SRK-Deepika Scene and call it love language in era of action hero
One of the scenes from the teaser that caught the attention of the viewers was the one where SRK and Taapsee are seen having a wrestling fight in the mud. We see Taapsee putting SRK to the ground. The scene reminded many fans of a similar scene from Jawan, where Deepika Padukone is seen throwing SRK to the ground during a similar wrestling fight.
Fans have started calling it SRK’s new love language, where he expresses his affection by getting thrown around by the girl he loves. Fans took to social media to compare the two scenes and praise SRK for creating a new love language suited to the era of action films.

The title announcement video of the film was released on October 2, 2023. The Dunki poster that was revealed a few weeks back didn’t show Shah Rukh’s face.
