Directed by Rohit Dhawan and produced by T-Series Films, Haarika & Hassine Creations, Geetha Arts, and Brat Films, Shehzada stars Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon, Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal and others. It was supposed to hit the big screen on February 10, 2023 and now it’s scheduled to release on February 17, 2023.
The movie could open between 6.5-9 crores on opening day at the Box-office going by the buzz at the moment. It should gross 100 cr plus overall to be considered a hit as it’s a remake of such a massive film. It’s reportedly made on a budget of Rs 60 cr. Kartik & Kriti have been super engaged in promotions ahead of the movie release.
Speaking about Kartik’s previous successful movies, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ received Rs 14.11 cr on its opening day. ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ collected 6.42 cr, ‘Pyar Ka Punchnama 2’ with 6.8 cr, Lukachuppi opened 8.01 cr at the Box-office.
Kartik Aaryan will hope that it should be his highest opener.
