Karan Johar‘s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is one of the most anticipated and talked about Bollywood films of this year. The film has generated a lot of buzz since last month when its teaser was released. Yesterday, the makers dropped its official trailer which has been well received on the internet. The trailer has been enjoying the second spot on YouTube India’s trending list.
Now, according to reports, the trailer of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani will be also attached to the print of the much-anticipated Hollywood film Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. The film is scheduled to hit the theatres on 12 July and is the seventh installment in the popular Mission Impossible franchise starring Tom Cruise. This will give Karan Johar’s film massive edge as MI:7 is set to open big in India and that too among premium audience.
Coming from the massive success of his last film Top Gun: Maverick, Tom Cruise is ready to portray Ethen Hunt once again and there is a strong anticipation for the film ever since Tom released its thrilling announcement video earlier this year where he was on a plane. Meanwhile, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani marks the 25th anniversary of Karan Johar in Bollywood. It is also his first directorial venture in around seven years since Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani stars Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, and Dharmendra. It will be released theatrically on 28 July. Written by Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan, and Sumit Roy, the film follows a couple who decides to live with each other’s family before tying the knot.
Mission Impossible 7 follows the adventures of IMF agent Ethan Hunt and has some really cool action sequences and fight scenes. Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, the film is a sequel to the 2018 film Mission: Impossible – Fallout. Its direct sequel, Dead Reckoning Part Two, is set to release on 28 June 2024.
