After his bail application was denied by a special NDPS court yesterday, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan arrived at Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai on Thursday morning to meet his son Aryan Khan. The star kid is currently incarcerated in connection with the seizure of illegal substances onboard a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai.

Aryan Khan has applied for bail in the case at the Bombay High Court. His lawyers have filed an appeal at the HC, appealing the lower court’s decision, and the case will be heard today at 10:00 a.m. The appeal will most likely be heard by Justice N W Sambre’s single bench.
In the meanwhile, when the case was called for order in the afternoon on Wednesday, special judge Patil said, “Rejected.”
Aryan Khan and the others have been charged with violating the NDPS Act’s Sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29, and 35. They were apprehended on October 3 by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and are currently in judicial detention.
