Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday is on November 2nd, as we all know. According to sources close to Shah Rukh, he would not suggest that his followers congregate at his residence this year, as they do every year. “Not just Shah Rukh’s birthday, Aryan’s birthday is also coming up (on November 13). The thought of Aryan spending his birthday in jail is giving all of us panic attacks,” a family friend of the Khans was quoted as saying by BH.

Aryan Khan has applied for bail in the case at the Bombay High Court. His lawyers have filed an appeal at the HC, appealing the lower court’s decision, and the case will be heard today at 10:00 a.m. The appeal will most likely be heard by Justice N W Sambre’s single bench.

In the meanwhile, when the case was called for order in the afternoon on Wednesday, special judge Patil said, “Rejected.” Aryan Khan and the others have been charged with violating the NDPS Act’s Sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29, and 35. They were apprehended on October 3 by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and are currently in judicial detention.
