Shah Rukh Khan, the King of Bollywood, upcoming film Jawan, directed by Atlee Kumar is set to release in less than two weeks time. The film, which also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, Sanjay Dutt and others, is a high-octane action thriller that promises to showcase Shah Rukh Khan in a never-seen-before avatar. The anticipation for the film is sky-high, not only in India but also in the overseas markets, where Shah Rukh Khan has a massive fan following.
Anticipation of trailer is sky rocketed in last few days as film is just 11 days away from release. But King Khan surprised everyone. During ASK SRK yesterday, Shah Rukh Khan confirmed that trailer of Jawan will be out soon and he dropped teaser of next song Not Ramaiya Vastavaiya to surprise all fans yesterday.
Shah Rukh Khan To Promote Jawan At An Event In Dubai
We have exclusively learnt that Shah Rukh Khan will go to Dubai to promote Jawan on 1st September. Event will take place at posh 5 star hotel’s club in Al Habtoor city and there are speculations that it might mark a song launch or trailer launch itself. There are murmurs that trailer might be showcased at Burj Khalifa. One has to remember that Pathaan did some mind-blowing numbers in Dubai and event promotional event at Burj Khalifa was super hit.
Jawan To Open Advance Bookings In India This Week
During Ask SRK yesterday, Shah Rukh also revealed that advance bookings for the film will open soon in India. While advance bookings opened across the US and Canada a month before the film’s release, SRK’s fans in India didn’t have that option. When a fan asked the superstar about the early booking option, he promised, “Kar denge sab kar denge.” Going on to reveal why he was holding up the bookings in India, he said, “Waiting for all to get their salaries for the month na! Ha ha whole family has to go for #Jawan right?”
When asked if people from all ages would be able to watch his film, the actor assured, “Bacche Buddhe aur #Jawan sab dekh sakte hain!!”2 The actor also teased the plot of the film, saying that if there was one word to describe the film, it would be ‘women’. He explained, “The one word that drives the movie is ‘Women’ it’s a film about women made for men!! Hope all like the Mass and Class…”.
Advance booking for Jawan will start this week around 30th August or 1st September. Delay in advance booking is due to wait for trailer launch and due to month end when bookings tend to move slower.
