EXCLUSIVE: Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan To Resume Shoot from June 4, deets inside!

The crew has apparently been confirmed the shoot schedule, COVID test and vaccination updates.

Pathan, which is Shah Rukh Khan’s big return to big screens has been in news today for Salman Khan’s appearance as Tiger and his grand helicopter entry in the film. Both Khans will share screen space again after King Khan’s last release Zero.

The film which also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, is directed by Siddharth Anand. The film had gone on floors last year. It is reported that the 70% of shoot is already completed and had to be halted because of second wave of COVID pandemic. Now, the makers like many other films are waiting for lockdown to lift so they can resume the halted shoots.

Now, Box Office Worldwide has exclusively learnt that the film will resume its shoot from 4th of June at YRF studios and finish few days of shoot here in Mumbai, before the overseas schedule.

Recently, Deepika Padukone had also returned to Mumbai from Bangalore and our source confirms that it was to prepare for Pathan’s shoot. The crew has apparently been confirmed the shoot schedule, COVID test and vaccination updates.

The Federation of Western India Cine Employees had recently sent a letter to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra requesting to allow permission to resume shooting films and television serials in Mumbai from the first week of June. Apparently, the Raj Thackrey government has agreed to the same to bring back the shoots happening outside Maharashtra back to the state, with prior conditions.
