Exclusive: Theaters in Maharashtra to get permission to reopen from September 1, 2021

The people from Maharashtra were eagerly waiting to watch the films on the big screens. Now, the good news is that cinema halls and multiplexes in Maharashtra will be given permission to reopen by the Government of Maharashtra.

According to the information that has been shared by the protester of the Rangmanch Artist who protested on Monday 09th August 2021, to meet their demands including the reopening of Play Theaters and Cinema halls. In the meeting, the authorities has assured their demands and informed them that cinema halls and & play theaters shall be opened by 1st September 2021.

Now this means that makers of Akshay Kumar starrer can now rejoice as Maharashtra’s cinemas are in for a major setback and the film can enjoy good footfalls at the cinema halls. Everyone was hopeful that the CMO taskforce meeting would deliver good news for the industry and allow the release of the Bell Bottom film before the end of the year.
