Hollywood’s The Transformers franchise is looking to continue the huge success of Bumblebee with this year’s Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, but it seems that director Steven Caple Jr. already has his sights set on multiple sequels, all with the movie’s villain Unicron as an all-powerful threat similar to the MCU’s Thanos.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is one of the most anticipated entries in the franchise, bringing the Maximals, Predacons and Terrorcons into the live-action Transformers universe. After the soft-reboot/prequel of Bumblebee, the new movie jumps into the 1990s, with two humans finding themselves caught up in another struggle between various factions of the robots in disguise.
Before the release of Bumblebee, the Transformers franchise seemed to be falling into a repetitious place, with critics having never liked the franchise and audiences starting to lose interest in watching robots bash each other around the head in a flurry of Michael Bay explosions. However, Bumblebee was a different movie, and its biggest move was to push the franchise back into the 1980s, something that can always help grab a certain audience. Now Rise of the Beasts will continue to focus on developing something more than the original movies offered in terms of story, while continuing to deliver those thrills of metal of metal.

First Review And Release Date In Idnia
First reactions to Rise of the Beasts have been hugely positive, with many praising the film in a very similar way to Bumblebee. The 90s setting and music, eye-popping special effects and a game changing set-up for the future of the franchise seems to be the common thread running through the early reviews, and if that doesn’t make Rise of the Beasts one of the biggest Transformers movies in recent years, then nothing will.
Film will be hitting cinemas in India on Thursday 8th June, a prior to international release date. Going by recent performances of Hollywood biggies such as Guardians Of Galaxy Vol 3 and Fast X, this one will be another massive hit in cinemas in India.
