Fardeen Khan and Riteish Deshmukh commence shoot for Visfot

Fardeen Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh are filming together for the first time after 14 years.

Visfot, a film produced by White Feather Films and T-Series, shot its first scene this morning at the crack of dawn. The film is directed by Kookie Gulati and co-stars Riteish Deshmukh and Priya Bapat in major roles, marking Fardeen Khan’s return to Bollywood after an 11-year sabbatical.

According to reports, Khan will portray a taxi driver and an ex-drug dealer, while Deshmukh would portray a commercial airline pilot. The plot of the film is reported to revolve around what happens after Khan’s character kidnaps Deshmukh’s son by mistake. Visfot is the official remake of Rock, Paper, and Scissors (2012), Venezuela’s entry to the Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film that year. It was produced by Sanjay Gupta and Bhushan Kumar. The tale of Visfot alternates between Dongri and the city’s high-rises, and it will be shot in real locales.

During the last leg of Navratri, the film’s team had a muhurat puja with the important cast and staff members. Visfot will be shot in the city on a few different schedules. Fardeen Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh are filming together for the first time after 14 years.

Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Anuradha Gupta, and Sanjay Gupta produce Visfot, which is directed by Kookie Gulati and presented by T-Series and Sanjay Gupta.
