S Shankar’s much-anticipated film Game Changer is already building massive hype. The film reunites Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, who last shared the screen in Vinaya Vidheya Rama (2019).
This time, they’re set to thrill audiences in a high-stakes vigilante action movie, focusing on an upright IAS officer who challenges a corrupt political system. The movie spotlights the importance of fair elections, giving it a relevant social angle.
Ram Charan Announces Game Changer 2nd Single On Ganesh Chaturthi
On Ganesh Chaturthi, Ram Charan took to Instagram to release a fresh poster for Game Changer, adding even more fuel to the buzz.
The poster shows Ram in a dynamic dance pose, dressed in a light green shirt and grey trousers with a red scarf wrapped around his head. He’s surrounded by a vibrant crowd of performers, hinting at a celebratory scene in the movie.
Alongside the poster, the text announced, “2nd Single Coming This Sept,” teasing a new song release.
The actor captioned the post with a simple festive greeting: “Happy Ganesh Chaturthi,” paired with heart and folded hands emojis.

Game Changer has been in production for nearly three years, with filming kicking off in October 2021 and the final schedule wrapped up in July 2023. There’s been plenty of speculation about the release date, with some reports suggesting it might be delayed until 2025 due to reshoots.
However, the film’s producer, Dil Raju, put those rumours to rest during an interview at the Moscow International Film Week. “The shoot is complete, and we’re releasing the film during Christmas this year,” he confirmed, showing his confidence in the film’s box office potential.
He added, “This film will change how people see Shankar sir and Ram Charan. It touches on Indian politics and explores a social theme, so I’m hoping it will really connect with audiences.”
For Dil Raju, the movie marks a return to form for Shankar, who gained fame for his pre-Robot commercial films. “Game Changer is a classic hero-villain story, and it has five songs that are visually stunning,” Raju shared, promising audiences an exciting cinematic experience.
Kiara Advani also spoke about her excitement for the film, saying it showcases her and Ram Charan in a new light. “Working with Ram is always wonderful. He’s an incredible actor and dancer, and after RRR, he’s still as humble as ever. Plus, being directed by Shankar sir has been a dream come true,” she said.
With a stellar cast, a gripping plot, and the buzz of the festive season, Game Changer is all set to light up the big screens this Christmas.
