Hrithik Roshan called War 2 his easiest film so far, praising Ayan Mukerji for doing something “magical” and sharing that the film is much bigger and better than part one.

Hrithik Roshan just gave fans a big update on War 2, and it’s already creating buzz. Known for intense roles and hard-hitting action, Hrithik surprised everyone by calling this film his ‘easiest’ so far.

Hrithik Roshan Says ‘War 2 Will Surprise You’

He shared his experience at a recent event hosted by Sophie Choudry. Talking about the film, Hrithik said, “War 2 has been an absolute delight. It has been my easiest film so far, because everything was perfected and schedules were planned amazingly. It is because of producer Aditya Chopra and director Ayan Mukerji, who will surprise you. He’s done something magical. And of course, working with Jr NTR has taught me so many amazing things.”

Hrithik couldn’t stop praising the team and how the film shaped up. He added, “This is film is much bigger and better than War Part 1. I don’t talk about films like that, but I can tell you this that I am very proud of it. I hope you like it as much as we do.”

Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji leads this action-packed sequel. Fans are excited to see Jr NTR, who makes his big Bollywood debut with War 2. Hrithik and Jr NTR will share the screen, and fans are expecting a powerful face-off. Kiara Advani also joins the cast, though the details about her role are kept under wraps.

Actor On His Most Challenging Role

During the same event, Sophie asked Hrithik about his most difficult role so far. Fans shouted Guzaarish in unison, remembering his emotional performance as Ethan Mascarenhas. That role showed a different side of Hrithik, where he played a magician living with paralysis.

But Hrithik had a different pick. He smiled and said, “I hear Guzaarish, and yes, that was tough, but I think the toughest character I’ve ever played was Prem in Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon.” The audience laughed out loud. Soon, clips from the moment flooded social media, turning the funny comment into a trending meme.

Hrithik kept it real, mixed honesty with humour, and gave fans even more reason to look forward to War 2. For the unversed, the film is set to hit cinemas on August 14, 2025.
