On Wednesday, Lyca Productions’ official Twitter handle unveiled the inaugural glimpse of Siddharth from Indian 2. The actor sported a brown T-shirt beneath a red-and-white checkered shirt, with a prominent banner in the backdrop extending wishes from the Indian 2 team.
Accompanying the image, the caption conveyed birthday wishes to the versatile Siddharth from the Indian 2 team. It expressed hopes for another year filled with success in his journey. About Indian 2
The eagerly awaited sequel, Indian 2, is set to continue the saga initiated by the 1996 hit film Indian, starring Kamal Haasan as the vigilante Veerasekaran Senapathy. Directed once again by S. Shankar, the franchise reunites Haasan and Shankar for another thrilling instalment.
In the first poster, unveiled during the Pongal festivities in 2020, Kamal Haasan’s iconic character, Senapathy, is depicted standing with his distinctive twisted finger amidst cuffed hands.
Returning to his memorable role from the original film, released in 1996, Kamal Haasan leads the cast of Indian 2. While the first movie featured Manisha Koirala and Urmila Matondkar, Koirala is confirmed to make a special appearance in the sequel. Indian 2 also marks Siddharth’s second collaboration with director Shankar following their previous project, Boys. The ensemble cast for the upcoming film includes SJ Suryah, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Nedumudi Venu, and Kalidas Jayaram in significant roles.
Siddharth Recently Got Engaged To Aditi Rao Hydari
Actor Siddharth recently announced his engagement to Aditi Rao Hydari. Speculation about their marriage in Telangana arose when Aditi missed the announcement event of her upcoming Netflix series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar in Mumbai. The couple took to Instagram to confirm their relationship status, with Aditi sharing a selfie captioned, “He said yes! E. N. G. A. G. E. D.,” taken in Srirangapuram, Wanaparthy District, Telangana.
The duo co-starred in the 2021 Telugu film Maha Samudram.
