All eyes are set on 2024, with Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor’ film Fighter being the the first big release of the year. The film is directed by Siddharth Anand, post the success of War and Pathaan. Fighter, which released on January 25 yesterday coinciding with Republic Day today.
Deleted Song From Hrithik And Deepika Starrer Fighter Creates Stir
We were first to bring you that makers deleted one song from the film Fighter due to excessive length. Censor certificate of Fighter was out and one can clearly see that one song Ishq Thoda Dono Jagah was deleted from the film. 2 minute 38 second long song stands deleted from the film. There are reports that the song was deleted by makers to cut short the length of the film.
Now videos of same song is doing round of social media as this song is still part of the film in overseas prints. Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone are looking million bucks in the song and it’s melody is spot on. Fans are baffled and they are questioning decision of editing this good song out of the film.
One user wrote, “I can’t believe they really thought this banger of a song is not worth releasing and sher khul gaye and ishq jaisa is better like wtf bro 😭😭”
Other user said, “It’s AMAZING but tbh it kiiiiind of disrupted the flow of the movie 🥺😂 so it makes sense why @justSidAnand removed it. It should have been in the end credits imo. I love ishq jaisa kuch but this was a total banger 🔥”
One more user wrote, “Wtf😭😭😭 they removed the song chalo maan lia but could have released the song before the release na?? In fact this song and dil banane walleya both should have been released”

Fighter has opened to glowing reviews all over on day one morning though it managed only 22 cr nett on day one. Hopefully these reviews will translate in big jumps in numbers over the weekend. Film will score big on day two as it’s national holiday and 40 cr nett is minimum number expected.
It seems that film will cross 115 – 125 cr nett over 4 – day weekend and then it will be about hold on Monday. But if film can jump big over the weekend and cross 150 cr nett over weekend, it will be an ideal result.
